After hosting over 15 onboarding events in the last year, we are shifting the way we bring Engaher 2.0 to the community. We are very aware of the important foundational work required to build trust, accountability, and a culture of connected care and support. We are also aware that our own limitations can prevent Engather from getting into the hands of the community. So we are trying to strike a balance between these two with  grace. We trust that you understand, and are open to being a part of this emergent community by modeling respect, care, patience, and grace as we co-create the supportive network we aspire this to be.
